we had amazing days during our stay at the balestrand hotel! my recommendation would be to spend more than one night on the sea view splurge and ready to wander and relax because there was no better place to do it! the hotel will undergo some cool updates and it was still a great place to hang up after a long day.

more personal and fair price, as we visited in high season. the rooms were clean, but the bathroom filled with water after a shower, certainly a night room with a regrettable step that could be dangerous! no double beds available in the Scandinavian tradition. beautiful, clean, simple hotel with beautiful and helpful staff. just a bit disappointed by the great reviews that the rooms were quite basic, but perfect. the bar was busy with many young people in the night we visited, who was a Saturday. Note that it is not allowed to drink alcohol outside after 23:00 on this place.
incredibly friendly staff, unforgettable views, games, badges, books and a bar. everything we needed. not a big breakfast, but offers a discount on the fabulous kviknes hotel breakfast buffet
beautiful friendly and helpful staff as well as comfortable, stylish accommodation in a beautiful environment. enjoy swimming in the fjord, play swimming pool and drink it in the bar and go to the balestrand and beyond.
Was in the hotel for 2 nights in May 2019. The couple who runs the hotel were extremely friendly and took care of us like thier family. The Gentlemen offered pick us and drop as well. Breakfast was good took and so was the room. Would definitely recommend
