we enjoyed the best dinner and culinary experience in norway at ciderhuset. the location is excellent, the service is warm and attentive, and the eating and the proper pairing was perfection. we were actually told by one of the owners who told us his time about the family business and each of the courts and more of them. this experience made for one of the best memories during our trip. it is definitiw the storage space for all in the opposite. I also recommend their time to walk in the nearby neighbourhood that has beautiful traditional houses. we wish we bought bottles to come back with us!

I had a great time when I was in a glimpse! family-run production of zidern and sown since 1922. the host are more than welcoming and the view from the house is mesmerizing! highly recommended for groups and events.
we had a nice time in the balestrand, which was made better by our visit in the ziderhaus. we spent approx. 30 min over the apple and process, followed by a delicious tasting of zider and snacks from the owner himself. this is a must in the bale beach!
excellent and unique experience. Today we went for a special evening meal, which was created by a gastronomic cook together with the apples-pairing by a sommelier. the apple wine, eating, the extremely friendly staff and a fantastic location were certainly worth the price. highly recommended.
Delicious cider. You can do a tour where they explain all about the brewing process and finish it off with a cider tasting.
