Here was the thickened curry and beef curry with a homemade chocolate cake to dessert. The curry was seasoned well enough and the taste was good overall. The chicken was moist and very tender. The beef was very tender, but not as good as the chicken for me. The rice was made more or less perfect. The whole salad was good and fresh. The Naan was fine, but it felt something as delicate or otherwise just not as crispy as I like it. Taste was good. The chocolate cake was made home and the slice I got was also quite big. I thought it was hard, but it felt quite fluffy and decently easy to eat. It came with cream and ice cream with chocolate sauce. I could have done without the chocolate sauce personally, and the ice cream was only three colors from the store. Great atmosphere and views with Indian historical objects scattered around the place. Very rustic and classic food and appearance. The only thing I sniffed a little was the price. It all felt a little high price wise, and felt that it would have been 20-30% cheaper to be really good value. Price for each main dish was 350 and 400kr.

Beautiful Indian restaurant in the Far Eastern part of Norway. Your share is enough for a normal person. Eating is also good.
Absolutely recommend this place for warm satisfying Indian food. Crispy nann bread, generous portions of fluffy Basmati rice and fast friendly service. Our Lamb Curry (Kashmirilam) was rich with a real amount of spiciness. The curry tasted delicious meaty broth and a serving came with many soft boneless lamb cubes. The chicken corma (Murg corma) has a creamy sauce and tastes good, but the lamb was the star. A bowl with fresh crispy salad was the perfect companion. The restaurant is tastefully decorated for a date, family or group dinner.

What? An. Experience! The 2 of us averages were looking for a beautiful, cozy and tummy-filling place in Vadsø when we stumbled on Indigo, and what an experience we had there! We came in the middle of the day on a Saturday, and we had the whole restaurant for ourselves for like 90% of our stay, which was quite the beautiful surprise! Death in peace is what we did at the time, yes. Friendly employees who welcomed us and presented us with the menus asap. The most important courses cost from 315NOK and above, so it is not the inexpensive restaurant for the average being, but wow, the food we got was amazing! We were presented with packed stews that contained enough to fill our bells and more! I think I filled my plate at least 3 or 4 times until I was filled. And they didn't spare anything on the rice either. You will also get a plus to mix a beautiful salad to go with dinner. Not that we are professionals or something, but it seems that they have a lot to choose when it comes to appetizers and main courses. The waiting time didn't seem to be long, but we can't say anything about it because we were the only ones there... From the look it seemed clean enough for us. But it was the brilliant combination of serene silence and peaceful atmosphere and packed dinners that was the wow experience and deserved our visit. All in all, we are definitely happy with our stay in Indigo and will be happy to visit again! Okay, it's not a budget restaurant or an everyday restaurant as they are a bit expensive, but we definitely have the place with bells, well filled with delish food! Very recommended, absolutely! Will definitely revisit Indigo, yes! PS: Forget to take photos, but then again; the hungry bells let us forget to snap some photos, heh...
