Very comfortable and great food ate here twice in four days. Recommend the fish soup, creamy and powerful aromas. Reindeer Burger is good here to try as it is cheaper than elsewhere. Cream brulee was fine, cold in the middle. Lachs was very filled. King Krabbe was beautiful, but can be skipped if you already had crab.

Best shrimps in town! Will go back there next time I'm in Tromsø! You can eat shrimp every Thursday! Local beers!
The reindeer castle was really great. The meat was cooked properly and the spices were just perfect. The frits served crisp and soft. Unfortunately we could not eat there as we had other commitments, but I would highly recommend eating there as the look from there is only WOW!

The resturant is cozy, warm, and lovely. The ocean view is relaxing . I ordered cappuccino and fried icecream. They were tasty, especially the icecream. It was cake in ball shape filled with natural vanilla icecream the cake was coated with oats, crispy toppings, dried fruit. It came with condensed milk and chocolate sauce. Super delicious and it is enough to be a meal, and to make you full. The staff was friendly and they have English menu. Give it a try
A very nice pub vibe restaurant by the harbor. Food is decent with a variety of choices. We had the fish burger which was okay. The fish soup was very good. Creamy and tasty. The staff was very nice. We also had scallop on the starter menu which was fresh and quite nice. She was working on her own and serviced us great. The price was also very reasonable. A good first meal in Tromso!
Looking for something to eat in Trømso the cozy decoration and spectacular location of the restaurant called our attention. It was a very nice discovery, with great service, ambient, and price. Best of all, the food was delicious, fresh, and timely, with a great presentation also. We knew later that we could've had a 15% discount, should we have presented our Amalie hotel card in which we were going to check-in some minutes afterwards. We will be definitely going to be back and enjoy a different plate, now with the discount!
Excellent service, the staff is very friendly. I ordered the reindeer burger and the taste of the sea. It was delicious.
