great food! we had the smaller tasting menu that was six courses, although once one contains different amuse boulevard elements and a few additional dessert sweets it was more. the amount was very much for me, but they have a ten cursor menu for those with larger appetit. each product was perfectly prepared and delicious. the focus on local and organic becomes a challenge in the januar (I guess), but it really pulls out. the wine tasting was very well selected and the cocktails were perfect for our taste. I would recommend it very much.
very good experience. I went for the 6 courses not alcoholic pairing. excellent service, nice quiet atmosphere. Eating was very good. they enjoy the sweet broth, the slowly cooked bark of blue cheese. as a big fan of apple pie, the deconstructed apple pie was a little disappointing. the alcohol-free drinks were a beautiful discovery and a good note for those who need to stay sober.

there was no one who spoke Norwegian, which is a little strange for a Scandinavian restaurant. the next service was the best notch, all staff very friendly and eating was sublime! we went for the juice package that was something very special. I would even encourage the hard core wine to try. Come back!
I came and solo dined in contrast for their 6 curs tasting menu with juice pairing. my experience lasted 3.5 hours, and my only complaining is that between the curse 15 20 minutes have to wait between closing and maintaining your next course. the food filled expectations to a michael restaurant and was presented beautifully. when they avoid alcohol, their juice pairing was well thought out and tasted great. the restaurant staff was knowledgeable and explains every healing thoroughly to complement the experience. I would recommend someone visiting oslo to stop here.
michelin star deserves it well. good food, service and atmosphere. the menu is inspired by Norwegian raw materials. go with the wine pairing that fits the dishes very well!
