friendly staff. 4 stars as a cheese quality was not too beautiful. beautiful place definitiw a visit worth. update: recently eaten the cheese. great improvement! 5 stars

the beds are comfortable. no ac (ventilation) in each room, but we have cracked a window and it was good. the best breakfast buffet I've ever been there.

Great hotel. Located centrally, great rooms with amenities and a fantastic breakfast. Service was good with a nice cafe/bar on the ground floor.

this hotel has recently been renovated and the rooms are exceptional. the rooms are spacious, well equipped with amenities. the hotel location could not be more perfect. it is surrounded by excellent restaurants, near the kai, airport bus pickup, railway station. only too comfortable. the rooms were very clean and cleaned every day. the breakfast at this place is really extraordinary. the restaurant staff both at breakfast and in other times, were simply friendly and service oriented. if I have to knit, then the personal at the reception is somewhat less than extraordinary, because there is always a lot of recipe and they can only use so much. they were still great, but too much activity there. If I ever come to visit a place, I can't imagine I'm staying somewhere else, but this hotel. (maybe there are other extraordinary places, but I was totally enchanted by this place.

central location, all these employees made this stay 1. class serious! all were very helpful and had joyful nature. the hotel was very modern and ultra clean. we used the pool and that was very well presented. the food in the restaurant was great and he bar waited coworkers even a special drink not on the menu that was delicious. had been back.

this is the first time I write an evaluation while I am still a guest in the hotel to start with the good things. the hotel has an excellent location, beautiful and newly renovated rooms and friendly staff. the breakfast was good and had good change. the annoying part is, however, that the bad thing exceeds the good. the hotel has a very loud bar/club in the ground floor and also plays a loud music in the room on weekdays to late in the night. the bed is not comfortable that I used much likely and had an inner curve in the middle. the room service menu says it is available up to 11 o'clock. but if they try to call them after 10 o'clock, nobody answers because the kitchen closes by 10 o'clock, but they don't write anywhere. they also calculate to tap them water! the reception, although they say writing his 24 hours, they wouldn't pick up the phone if they asked them after 10. When I asked about a fork at 10:15, the recipe had to check if room service team would accept how the kitchen had already closed and had to call the recipe twice to keep it. the parking garage is operated by a third, its very small and probably has space for 20-25 cars. so most likely it is always full in my case, the hotel staff asked me to park my car in another public parking garage and back to the hotel. the housekeeping team does not clean the room properly, I had haare in the bathroom and the shower tub is blocked. I was in this hotel for 5 nights, this night is my last and I will always be disappointed every night. I think the hotel has to offer better services and quality. they even have to welcome the receptors as they are from hello, instead of “good evening” or “how can we help?” but that is not important anyway. for the price I paid, I expected much better services from this hotel. I would definitely come back, but never come to this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. it is not a 5-star hotel according to global standards. I wouldn't even give it 4 stars if the staff didn't help me with my luggage.
