I got served lukewarm beer. Dirty fries were a big disappointment (tasteless and little toppings). Burger wasn’t bad. Mediocre experience.

The burgers were tasty but I was expecting a little more in terms of some banging flavors to accompany the fine ambience and stunning mountain views. Loved the beer selection and the size of the drinks. Nothing special about the service, you can see the kitchen on entering and it would be nice to receive a smile from the chef or waiter instead of just staring but I guess that’s cultural. The price range was good although you should be prepared to purchase your fries separately from your burger.

Nice and fresh restaurant with a short but high quality menu. Some local options and a nice selection of beers. Attentive service. Prices are on the higher end, but not uncommon for Norway.

Remarkably poor experience. Unlike majority of the Norwegian establishments, the very basics of hospitality were missed by RAUS staff. Our reservation were not placed, no English menu, appetizers mains came (after minutes waiting) all at once... The list is long, the summary short: Don't.

great eating, the best dirty pommes on the planet! easy! the fish is great, wonderful and helpful.

they have a great plat du jour, but we decided for their shrimp sandwich that a d had no complaining. friendly family service, with soft ice and a good cup coffee.

after long ski says, wanted to eat real food in sykkylven. I was told that out was new and decided to do so, as at this time the statement is not many real food options in the opposite place is wonderful and cozy. the view, amazing: the marina and the white mountain. the staff pleasant and helpful, printed the menu in English and it was a good idea. various options available, preferably the fish, especially boiled toy., although a bit too spicy for me, with pesto kartoffeln, speck and cheese upstairs, was overloaded. the combination was kreatiw, although too heavy and fat. would at least avoid the parmesan. note that this place is not a very salat friendly restaurant that might have been a serious point if the friendly waitress and the chef would not have been so nice to prepare one for me. also the fish and garnel suppe tried: so delicious and beautiful, although would have been better if served hot. out is a beautiful place with many different options, even burger and sausages. They are generous, so not enough space for the desert. but also out is a bit expensive, the quality justifies the price, so do the personal and culinary creativity. a must go
