I had a pleasant and completely normal tone, but what I was met with was a stern “You have to speak louder. I can not hear what you 're saying. How can I help you if you speak so softly? . I was then stared down at the ground by this man and was so amazed that I left, not wanting to stay a second longer in the shop. Bleh
