excellent eating and presentation, and the service was extremely top notch. our server was extremely attentive and funny, and went back over a block to us outside the restaurants the glasses we had forgotten on the table. we will be in oslo next time and recommend!

as to expect, statholdergaarden maintains very high standards. yes, but it's worth it. they also offer an excellent alcohol-free beverage packaging that was very good. but do not plan for everything for the rest of the evening, go for the tasting menu well five hours.
the best restaurant in oslo. period. they had a star in the Michael leadership for years. Once they were here, they will understand. our group of six people was best treated by the entire staff, including the owners cook themselves. even those to train are super-professional. I recommend that you go to the tasting menu with the wine pairing. on the day we visited, this menu consisted of only one dish of meat. the rest was seafood. I was on other places where it was to be seen. if they live for great food and wine experiences, I cannot recommend this place enough. it is expensive, but compared to the three star restaurant not far away, I think that is a better offer anyway enjoys!
the tasting menu is delicious and the wine card is solid. good service. Try it.
Freindly staff, lovely atmosphere and delicious food.
The food was amazing. The restaurant presented many tasters for their appetisers and sweets. The ambience was a bit boring, there was no interesting music and the furniture and decor were too classic. But going back to the food it was a really positive experience and fair value for money.
This was the best meal I’ve ever eaten! My husband and I got a la carte, ever bite was incredible and the staff are so kind. The dessert blew my mind!! Would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone! Will be returning on future visits to Oslo.
I have visited the restaurant 2 times. Nothing to complain, it was a good experience, wonderfully decorated and tasty food. Last, but not least, the service was as expected.
