Yesterday I was there with my family to celebrate my wife's birthday. that's normal. it was pretty busy. when we came, they did not find our reservation and they were not so nice, but when I showed them the reservation, we have a table fast. but we waited for one of our food, and then it really came cold. So I complained and they treated very professionally. we've got new food. it was perfect, really warm and tasted amazing. the boss came and apologized for nice wise. the waitress (he) was very good in the situation and when we paid, we have a nice discount. So they have 5 stars of me. everyone can make mistakes, but then the difference is how they manage the situation and they treated it professionally and turned the day around.

we visited this restaurant twice during our week stay in oslo. the eating was a little pricy (but all in oslo is well presented and everything was delicious the personal was friendly and polite and they have the opportunity to sit inside or outside to enjoy the intentional. there were many seats, even if the restaurant seems to do, and both colors that eat quickly came. we loved the atmosphere. it is a large family space to relax and enjoy!
as tourist: I am shocked! to be fair, the staff was very fast and if we needed something, they were there immediately. We didn't have to wait long until our food arrives. Eating wasn't so bad for me. some other people from my group said that it tastes like from the gas station or another almost food restaurant, but quite decent overall. the first employee who served us was super unfriendly and seemed upset. it looked like the staff had nothing to do, they met at a place in the middle (near where we sat) and began to go over workers and some costumes. as a customer who creates a very unpleasant feeling and I have never experienced anything like that, and the prices on the menu are without the control! are 25% in norway, so be careful here! an unpleasant experience overall. the two stars are for decent eating and the fast staff. would not recommend and not come again.
if they make a reservation, the table is just her for 90 minutes, so don't plan on a three curs menu. with slow service (20 minutes from us showed up until we had ordered) we were only taken in 15 minutes, waited and eat our dessert, so we skipped it. probably also if the Dessert dishes were as average as the most important courses. I love American dishes, but with burgers, the others on the table, answer when I asked if it tasted good, chicken benches that were overcooked and besides dressed that did not make it on the table until my meal was half eaten, and then tasted bland, there is no hurry back.
Food is always good. I can't believe you cannot get mustard, mayonnaise and tobacco with your burger. I had to pay for a chilli sauce.
the workers were amazing, always smiling, what on objects and attentive. eating is okay. nothing special. but above all, and what shocks me is that the menu must control the prices before! that is not common in Europe at all! I don't know if that's good in norway. the prices in the menu are minus the 25% check, so be careful.
