this restaurant was opened in May 2020, and we are so glad that it was. we came here to the birthday of my partner, and we are so glad that we did. the whole staff was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about eating that they served, and that filtered through the taste was all delicious. they won local, in season budgets with some just one or two budgets done a lot of opportunities. the restaurant is not cheap, but we will take our friends here when they come to visit us as it was really impressive. we let them know when booking we were vegan and it wasn't a problem at all they tweaked the vegetarian 7 course menu to make it vegan for us, and remembered our names, so when we arrived they knew it was the vegan booking. I could not recommend eating more at this place, we are so glad we found it. overall it was a really nice experience to eat here. the only (really smaller) disadvantage was that there was no printed vegan menu that we would have taken home with us, as we liked the menus of beautiful occasions in restaurants that we classify as special and that really is in this league.
