the family was a month ago at tommys kjøkken and wanted to eat a buffet, it was a disappointment after she had heard a lot of praise over the square. the buffet was half empty when we arrived, with only left. during the time we were there, about an hour and a half, it was not really filled. we left without really being full, and when we talked to the waitress at the time of payment and told her that we were not completely satisfied, she replied laboriously and infamously that this is what they could expect on a buffet, and they did not know that there would be so much. people today. they must have a plus for the fact that it was just a dish that was not gluten-free. then we were back! was invited by the quiet to eat at Tomy’s. we have almost said about the previous experience, but this time we were surprised! tommy himself was a job, maybe that had something to do with it. but the buffet was full of a good choice and was refilled all the time. the service was pleasant and service thanks to this time! all in all a pleasant experience.
For an oasis of good, home-cooked food. Only 20 min from Stavanger. Nice, tasteful and a good change from the overprice, in the middle of the tree places in Stavanger.

Welcoming and hospitable staff. We came in 20 minutes before closing and were told not to stress even if we were to finish eating a few minutes past. Very good buffet. Fish soup, spare ribs, pork chops and meat balls, aswell as potatos, vegetables and sauces were very good. The fish soup was delicious. Server brought a bowl of water aswell without being asked prior. 5 stars as it exceeded our expectations.
